BetterPings is intended to be used by businesses and developers to enrich limited lead data signals such as:

• Email address
• Geographic indicators

The Service returns enriched identity information and match confidence scoring to assist in:

• Lead verification
• Marketing workflows
• CRM enrichment
• Routing decisions
• Data quality improvement

The platform is not intended to function as a consumer lookup service or surveillance tool.

You may not use BetterPings for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

BetterPings may provide a limited number of free credits to allow users to test and evaluate the platform. Free credits are provided solely for legitimate evaluation and testing purposes. Users may not attempt to circumvent free credit limits.

• Run bulk identity queries outside legitimate enrichment workflows
• Attempt to replicate the BetterPings dataset

Excessive automated requests or suspicious activity may result in immediate suspension.

Users may not attempt to:

• Bypass authentication systems
• Probe or test system vulnerabilities
• Interfere with service infrastructure
• Disrupt the operation of the platform

Any such activity may result in immediate termination of access.

BetterPings reserves the right to monitor usage of the Service to detect abuse, fraud, or violations of this policy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if we determine that:

• The Service is being used improperly
• Abuse of free credits has occurred
• The Service is being used in violation of these policies
• Security risks are present

BetterPings may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of unlawful activity.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• The data they submit was collected lawfully
• They have the legal right to process the data
• Their use of enriched data complies with applicable laws

BetterPings does not verify the legality of data submitted by customers.

BetterPings may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
